Grace Ong
Grace Ong earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis and brings a holistic, occupation-centered approach to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. Having spent her formative years in Singapore, Vietnam, and the United States, Grace offers a culturally sensitive and globally informed perspective that strengthens her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds with empathy, openness, and understanding.
Grace helps individuals navigate mental health, cognitive, and lifestyle challenges through practical, personalised strategies that support daily functioning and well-being. Using an occupational therapy approach, she helps clients build routines, restore balance, and engage more meaningfully in everyday life.
Through virtual consultation sessions, Grace supports clients in areas such as:

Grace works collaboratively with clients to understand how mental health, cognitive changes, and life stressors affect their ability to function in their daily roles and responsibilities. She also provides supportive consultation for families learning how to care for loved ones experiencing memory loss, confusion, behavioural changes, or reduced independence. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s personal values, environment, and goals, with an emphasis on practical tools that can be realistically implemented into everyday life.
Grace is especially passionate about disability accessibility, culturally responsive care, trauma-informed care, and expanding the reach of occupational therapy services within underserved communities around the world. She hopes to continue pioneering innovative and accessible OT-based support models for individuals and families who may not otherwise have access to holistic care.
